About Me
Hello! I’m Jasnoor Singh, a senior undergraduate student with major in Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Ropar(IIT Rpr).
I am passionate about Software Engineering and my interests include Data Structures, Algorithms, Artificial Intelligence, Databases, Robotics, Software Development and Financial Markets. I am a firm believer of the power of Science and Technology as tools, using which we possess the capability to enhance the world we live in.
I worked as a Software Engineering Intern at Otsuka Corp, Tokyo developing AI applications in the Object Recognition domain. I have also worked as a Research Intern at IIT Ropar developing smart technologies for Electric Vehicles.
I'll soon be working with Adobe as a software engineer after my graduation. I'm very excited for the upcoming role and can't wait to get started with it.
I have served as the Coordinator of the Robotics Club, IIT Ropar and also worked as the convener and event head at various college fests and events. I also worked as a volunteer at Pehchaan, an NGO for educating underprivileged children and participated in various inter as well as intra college level contests in the Robotics and Finance domain.
Apart from this, I like to play the guitar and have been an active member of Alankar, my college's music club. I love playing badminton and running for fitness. I also have keen interests in History, Finance and Geopolitics. My other hobbies include cooking and book-reading which I relish a lot.
